The Voipac NP 210 Voice over IP desktop phone

Voipac NP 210

LinuxDevices (not surprisingly) sweats the fact that Voipac's new NP 210 desktop Voice over IP phone runs on some embedded version of Linux, but we're way more interested in the fact that it supports NetMeeting 3.0 and you can do instant messaging and email on it (not that you'd necessarily want to tap out any sort of message with a numeric keypad if you didn't have to, but still). There are several other VoIP phones out there with these sorts of extra features, but it makes you realize that consumer services like Vonage and Packet8 are just scratching the surface of what you could potentially do.
