Screen calls the old-fashioned way with CallWave

CallWave

You could just wait 30 seconds to listen to whatever it is the person calling you had to say, but CallWave is introducing a new service for cellphones that let's you screen your calls old school answering machine-style and listen in while someone is leaving you voice mail. If you decided you want to take the call, you can press a button to answer (which is bound to be jarring for whoever is leaving the message) or transfer the call to your landline (assuming you still have one) if you want to save minutes. Costs four bucks a month and is supposed to work with any carrier.
