Samsung's SCH-V740 already on sale?

It's a little difficult to track which hot new phones actually go on sale overseas but via importers like Wireless Imports, who apparently has their hands on two Samsung SCH-V740s (where the SLMR monicker came from we're not entirely sure). Unlike the other guys' phone, these handsets rock EV-DO on 800Mhz (making it theoretically capable of working on Verizon's network, but not with Sprint's EV-DO which operates on 1900MHz), Bluetooth, a 1.3 megapixel camera, dedicated music player buttons, and, you know, general smallishness.
