Pioneer VSX-74TXVi and VSX-72TXV iPod-ready AV receivers
Pioneer is putting out these two new receivers featuring iPod connectivity and integrated navigation controls, the VSX-74TXVi and VSX-72TXV. You can control the iPod via the receiver remote control, and view the readout on a scrolling 14-character display on the receiver itself, or opt for full display on a TV screen. Each unit can hook in up to 18 separate components, plus features auto room-tuning functions and HDMI connectivity. Both are available now at $1,500 for the VSX-74TXVi and $1,200 for the VSX-72TXV.
