Aalborg, Denmark: the new seat of location-based Bluetooth services

There are a couple of better ways we can think to do municipal location-based and tourist information services than Bluetooth (like with a little GPS software, or RFID, or WiFi, and so on—take a cue from the Japanese on this one, guys), but what can we say? The Nordic nations love the Bluetooth. And Aalborg (as in: all borg?), Denmark is using it in a limited rollout for providing info wirelessly to passers by. It is probably worth mentioning that the rollout coincides with the International Wireless Summit being held there this week, however, so we'll see how long the program actually lasts once all that's over. But man, if you thought city-wide blanket WiFi was difficult…
