Beating a dead Broadcast Flag to death
Oh no, they're not done with the Broadcast Flag yet, you content-thieving Americans. Not deterred when it failed the first time, unphased when it failed the second time, the media industry is shaking its fist and cursing us blasted kids once again and are trying to sneak the Flag onto a Congressional budget reconciliation bill. Reconciliation bills are about cutting expenses and are thus difficult to defeat, nor can this bill be substantially changed or filibustered. It's a timeworn trick of tacking on unpopular legislation as an unrelated rider, and the only way to stop it is to get on the horn once again and bitch out sweetly appeal to your Congressperson. So please proceed forthwith, mmmkay?
