ATI updates display driver suite to version 5.9, improves HDTV support

ATI released version 5.9 of their Catalyst software suite. This latest release brings a bundle of fixes, including a lot of issues with detecting HDTV's and DVI connections, so if that's your bag, check 'em out.

I haven't updated to this version just yet, because the last update messed up my Windows Media Player overlays, so I downgraded back to version 5.6.

My personal policy is to only update drivers, etc. when I have time to troubleshoot any potential issues or incompatibilities, nothing like running Windows Update and not being able to boot when you have important documents to print (*cries in the dark*).
