Shuttle shows off M1000 XPC Media Center, perfect fit for your HDTV?
Sexy and functional, I like it that way, and apparently so does Shuttle. Their XPC Media Center won't look at all out of place in your home theater setup, while doing everything you want out of your Media Center PC.
Looking at the spec sheet, with its Pentium M processor and 2.5" hard drives it's much like a laptop without the screen, but the NVIDIA 6600 GPU w/ 256mb of RAM and Soundblaster Live card should have more than enough horsepower to drive whatever you want it to do.
