HD-DVD enabled laptop due in April
With all the HD-DVD news it is only natural for there to be a laptop sporting an HD-DVD player. We are of course excited to hear that enjoying HD-DVD won't be limited to our homes. The Qosmio G30 should be available in April in the US and in Japan, and costs about the same as the G20 which is $2,410. It also includes a HDMI port so you can connect it to your HDCP-compliant HDTV. These multimedia laptops are great with their tuner cards and supporting software, but I'll be more excited when they announce the first HTPC with HD-DVD.
