TI DLP shipments surpass 10 million
Sharp's Aquos line isn't the only one with something to celebrate, Texas Instruments is making sure we all know that 10 years, 10 million DLP units sold. That's a pretty nice curve considering it took them 5 of those years to move the first million. They also have a timeline showing us how we got to this point and all the true 1080p DLP goodness that is now available or soon to hit store shelves. I remember the first time I saw a DLP image, it's nice to know you can experience the same technology in many home theaters relatively affordably.
