Sanyo updates their little HD camcorder - Xacti HD1a

Sanyo has just released an updated version of the "Worlds Smallest HD camcorder." It's really just a "we forgot to put somethings in the first model so here is an update" version. They kept the same 5.1 megapixal sensor but added a few features like a 16:9 still-shot mode, in camera editing, and a 320 x 240 MPEG-4 recording mode.

In case you missed it the first time around, this little camera can record up to 720p of high-def goodness onto a SD card. (21 minutes = 1 gig) The image quality isn't horrible ether which rounds it out to a decent little camera. This update will be available in September for $699.
