Verizon's LG VX9900: all dressed up but no place to go

Ok, this is just getting silly now. We've patiently watched the LG VX9900 make its way from the mouth of our own Boy Genius and onto Verizon's Backup Assistant page. We then peeped it wee and splayed, caught in the wild, in a hurry, and finally with a bit more clarity. Now, we've got these apparent press shots, again, from the coffers of Howard Forums. duh, thanks justin. I actually like the size of my communicator, the weight is nice. It is ugly as hell though. The one thing that i wish is that VERIZON WOULDNT CRIPPLE BLUETOOTH! ARGH!

I saw it last week when Verizon brought it in to show us at work. Its thin, much thinnner than the first one. It comes out December 3, same day as the 'White Chocolate'.

the white chocolate was released today in verizonwireless stores.. I am hearing conflicting dates as to when the release date is going to be. I am hearing the release is going to be Black Friday. I guess we just have to wait and see...

hey, i lost my vx9800 and i was wondering if i do claim it with my insurance..would they give me the new 9900 or the 9800?

If you do an insurance claim you will receive an Lg9800 not a 9900

I stopped by the local Verizon store today and was told they currently have an 11/27 release date for the 9900. I'm keeping my fingers crossed, but it's hard to get my hopes up at this point.
