More mysterious Nokia GPS handheld pics surface
Still no official word from Nokia about this thing, but two "official" seeming pics have surfaced of the cute little GPS handheld, which at least gives us a bit more confidence in this device -- if little more info. We're mainly miffed at a lack of an obvious web browser on the main menu, but the device -- which some people have taken to calling the 330 -- does have some rugged good looks, and that DivX playback never hurt anybody. We'll naturally be keeping you posted. Second pic after the break.

Adding a web browser would make this model stand out from the crowd. Today it seems like everyone is hawking GPS.
2nd 1 looks photoshopped, 1st looks real.
I betting big time that this does not and will not ever have WiFi. Maybe bluetooth but that will be so that you can tether your mobile phone to its storage and GPS perhaps. I reckon their just putting feelers out for the PMP/GPS market like every other big name manufacturer.
ATTENTION NOKIA : You already make some cool phones. And the Internet tablet 770 has a very nice screen (High-resolution 800x480 touch screen with up to 65,536 colors). Why not combine both ?
Maybe with a GPS included ? Will be expensive ? If the overall design is cool people will buy it just to show off or marvel at it or just to surf the web or just to call friends or just to find their way. It would be a cool everyday tool ! Too big ? Call it "Front pocket" for the front pocket of people's pants (not shirt). The Nokia 9300 aka "Communicator" was a big success in Europe but not in USA. Educate people with advertising! I think mobile devices should be long like the 9300 so that the speaker is in your ear and the mic near your mouth so that you don't have to yell in public.
I know Nuns Road in Chester.
Its currently closed becuase it collapsed!
but i think thats the wrong nuns road
