Having appeared in the ESRB database last week, we concluded that Senko no Ronde was heading stateside. Ubisoft has done us one better and has made the game official. Ubisoft will be publishing the G.rev developed title, now renamed WarTech: Senko no Ronde. The game features a single player story mode as well as online multiplayer. There are 8 different mechs in the game, each with 2 variations plus an unlockable B.O.S.S. mode that adds another 8 variations, making 24 in total. The press release proudly boasts that Famitsu awarded Senko no Ronde with a gold medal and "lauded its amazing blend of shoot-em-up action and fighting".

Ubisoft will bring WarTech: Senko no Ronde to North America and Europe this May.
