ATMC Cable adds Travel Channel HD, has more in the pipeline
For the love of mom 'n pop cable carriers! Just days after North Carolina's own ATMC Cable gave its tiny, but loyal subscriber base Speed HD and FX HD, it's already delivering on that promise of "more soon." With the (very) recent addition of Travel Channel HD on channel 912, the company is now beaming out some 25 high-definition stations. Better still, PBS HD, Animal Planet HD, Discovery Channel HD, Science Channel HD and TLC HD are slated to arrive "in the coming weeks," and judging by the short, but meaningful track record, we'd certainly count on it.
