We can't say too much about iriver's tiny, tiny, tiny Lplayer except that... well, it's tiny. We can't stress how small this is. Despite its size, they still manage to cram up to 8GB in this guy, and top it off with a 2-inch screen. Check the gallery below and witness the micro-sized wonder. P.S. -- It's tiny.
Man iriver is coming out with some good looking products. Unfortunately i bought a portable video player from them a few years back and they released all of 2 firmware updates and left all the people that bought it out in the cold.
I remember the 120, though I think iriver is trying to distance itself from that (no offense)
As far as I can see they always keep updating their firmwares for the rest of the players (my clix2 has gotten pretty steady updates for almost a year and a half now and have heard from other iriver users that they too are also getting updates as well)
Seriously, this thing is great. The ultimate nano comptetitor from iriver. Though personally i wish they'd continued to use the "clix" name for products featuring the d*click navigation system.
Pretty amazing.. but for practical use, I wouldn't get it. 2" is just too small. I still hold that the sweet spot size is "somewhere" between a 3" or 4" LCD.
I also like the fact that the screen takes up most of the space unlike the clix2 (which is pretty much the only real complaint I have against the clix2)
anyone know if iriver is sticking to the AMOLED? that's one gorgeous screen tech let me tell you

This is around the size of the clix, eh? Personally, I thought iriver would continue to release 2.2"+ players... I was hoping they would come out with a direct Cowon D2/Creative ZEN competitor with a 2.5" screen. Oh well, this player is to the iPod nano as to the iriver clix is to the iPod classic.

Really? Just outta interest, what player would that have been? My experiences with iriver have been nothing but good.
It was a pmp 120, one of the first video players. I was pretty dissapointed they discontinued support for the device after only a couple months.

looks cool, is this touchscreen or what? I don't see any buttons.
It uses the d*click navigation system. Look it up..
@Matt
looked and found nothing... care to elaborate?

On a 2 inch screen? *Seriously?*

OH! OH! OH! I see something that will finally replace my first generation shuffle! OH! OH! OH!
See how small it is? And it still has a headphone jack. Take note, HTC.
Yeah, I hate how my HTC TYTN II has no headphone jack... I can only use Bluetooth headphones
nah dude, you just need one of these $5 adapters:

The sideview of that headphone jack makes it looks like this model is just an empty box without electronics, what's up with that I wonder.
*this* is the portable device that should have gotten speakers on the back of it, NOT the E100.
I get the feeling that it is tiny
Cool, this is small enough to painlessly smuggle into the correctional facility. Thanks iriver!
glass or plastic screen?
glass or plastic screen?
is it made by apple?
Any chance it will come to North America?

They sure know how to tickle my fancy!
When is this coming out? I hate to buy the new nano to use at the gym after seeing this.
Looks very Creative Zen inspired - only smaller and minus the d-pad. Impressive!
uhm, zen inspired? it's a rectangular box, I think some australopithecus probably already patented the rectangular box.
