The Classifieds: This was Halloween
The WoW community is a big place. It's a village and a social network and a huge group of people who all somehow seem to interact as a big, friendly family. This is Halloween is a great example of the WoW machinima community coming together to create something special. Obviously, the song is a take-off on the old Nightmare Before Christmas version, but it's every bit as awesome as we might hope. Check it out and let us know what you think. Stuck at the Lich King for weeks prior, we were all ecstatic to finally see [the LK] die, due in very large part to the help of one of the top raiding guilds on the server. If you've not already started advertising for Cataclysm raiders, now's a great time to put out your message. After all, the release is only about a month away, and when the expansion officially hits the servers, we're all going to be very, very busy.

10-man raids and heroics <Forsaken Night> of Zangarmarsh (US-H) is an established, semi-casual guild looking for friendly, active players who may be interested in raiding on a regular but relaxed schedule. Currently, we aim for a couple 10-person raids a week plus ongoing heroic farming. We enjoy working through new and challenging content and picking up some nice gear along the way, but having fun overall comes first. We have plenty of members who like to PvP, so if that's more your style, you'll find some of that here as well. 10-man serious <Isopaleocopria> of Mal'ganis (US-H) is a 10-man serious raiding guild made up of mature adults who raid Tuesday and Thursday from 8:15 p.m. until 11 p.m. server time. We are building a tight 10-man raid team while working on heroic achievements in these last days of Wrath. We are looking for one DPS for the raid team -- ideally, a hunter. In addition, we are looking for one of each role (tank, DPS and healer) to serve as alternates. 10-man state of mind <Island Stylin> of Kil'jaeden (US-H) is a casual 10-man guild with a hardcore state of mind. We are currently 11/12 and roughly 8/12 on heroic modes. Due to changes in Cataclysm, including limited bosses and shared lockouts, we will be raiding one night a week with a followup day if needed. Our scheduled raid time will be Tuesday from 8-11 p.m. PST. Most of the guild are RL friends that play together. We have fun but are quick to get to business.
10-man static <I Like Turtles> of Thunderlord (US-H) is looking to have a purely static 10-man raid setup for Cataclysm. We are looking to have one of every class and need a rogue, mage, hunter and shaman.
A few good people <Deities and Demigods> is a casual, no-drama, mature, progression raiding guild. We're currently reforming our ranks and looking to expand for Cataclysm. Our goal is to grow to about 25 good, friendly, competent people so we can do 25-person content. Our raid times are Wednesday and Friday from 6:30-9:30 p.m. server time. Dedicated and skilled <Mraws Warriors> of Lightbringer (US-A) is recruiting for ICC and Cataclysm 10-man raiding. We are 12/12 and currently working on hard modes and the ICC-10 drakes. We are a semi-hardcore raiding guild that wants to have a successful raiding team where people have fun and work together to down endgame content. We are looking for a raid leader for a second 10-man group as well as a DPSer and healer. Raids are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday from 5-8 p.m. server time.
