Engadget HD Podcast 210 - 08.18.2010

Star Wars easily topped all other high definition related news this week so it was the logical choice to lead off the podcast. After some more Blu-ray news, we looked at the future of TV as seen by Netflix, (potentially) Apple, Google and Cox. A quick update to the OCUR spec spurred some CableCARD and Media Center talk before we addressed whether or not anyone should still be buying a 720p TV. Panasonic and Samsung had plenty of new hardware to show off last week, while Samsung is also pushing for more developers on its app platform -- we'll wait and see how that works out. We close this out 3D news including a Mercedes video you absolutely must see, even in 2D, the "first 3D NFL game" and where most of you will probably get the best chance to watch some football in 3D.
