MV Guide: May 30 - June 5, 2011

MV Guide is a weekly rundown of the MMO gaming events planned on Massively's Livestream channel.

Every week, the Massively staff logs in to play various MMOs live and in person, and we'd love for you to drop by the channel and visit. We have a combination of regular weekly games and new surprises, so you'll find a variety of games to take a look at. During Livestream events, you can participate in the live chat to learn about the game, ask questions, and spend some time with Massively staff and readers. (Of course, Livestream events are subject to the whims of outside forces like server-side gremlins once in a while.)

Monday, 1:00 p.m. EDT: Shawn -- APB: Reloaded
Join Massively's Editor-in-Chief Shawn Schuster as he takes you through his favorite MMOs. Considering the fact that he can't seem to stick with one game for long, you're bound to see a variety of titles, including betas, new releases, and old favorites. In this episode, Shawn will take a look at the newly revamped APB: Reloaded. He'll spend some time in the amazing character creator, explore customization options after character creation, and shoot some people in the head. Or more likely, get shot in the head himself.

Monday, 3:00 p.m. EDT: Beau -- Travians
Beau recently found this odd little gem and fell in love with it. Now, if he can only figure out how to play it, he'll be set. Watch as he attempts to raise a few levels, do a little work, and sleep it all off within his browser.

Tuesday, 3:00 p.m. EDT: Beau -- Faxion Online
Ready to take a trip with Beau into Hell? No, seriously... he plays on the Hell side in the newly released Faxion Online, so come watch as he gets murdered by the Heaven side. Did you know that players on the Heaven side play Michael Bolton music when they enter battle? It's true!

Wednesday, 3:00 p.m. EDT: Beau -- Aerrevan
Third time is a charm, right? Well, give it up for Beau as he attempts to stream this indie game one more time. It looks like most of the issues have been fixed, so hopefully you'll be watching him play Aerrevan on this day!

Friday, 3:00 p.m. EDT: Beau -- Clone Wars Adventures
This cool little Star Wars-themed browser game looks like a lot of fun! Check out Beau as he fumbles with his lightsaber, crashes his ship into an asteroid, and completely loses it when he see his new Count Dooku costume.

Sunday, 8:00 p.m. EDT: Brandon -- Star Trek Online
Hang out with Brandon for an evening full of PvP in the Star Trek Online universe. He will be showing off space combat, which is billed as the best part of the game, on a variety of maps and game types. Throughout the stream, he will also be talking about his various builds and how you can come out victorious in your next match. Red alert, shields up!
