Detailed review
I had this phone for about a month and bought it off the Verizon Wireless website. It was a little bigger than the phones I'd been used to, seeing as I'm used to using bar style phones. The touchscreen would glitch out sometimes if I slid out the keyboard - and I'd find it difficult to use because the keyboard keys were too far apart and the touchscreen was way easier to use, making the keyboard annoying and just extra bulk. The phone fared well when I dropped it a few times from about a 3 foot distance. It didn't break or glitch. On phone calls, I was able to hear the person on the other end very clearly and they didn't ask me to repeat myself. Pictures were okay.
