Who likes the design of the OnePlus One mobile phone?
details
Personally, I think it is the second best design of 201 4 after HTC One M8. Let us know your thoughts.
I have the 64GB version with sandstone black colour and it looks and feel amazing. It is surprising for such a competitively priced phone to be so cool in design. I have posted some real phone design pictures in my review below.

Share with us your thoughts about its design considering all other flagships are at least 1.5x the price of this... Read more →

Moto X (2014) vs. Sony Xperia Z3 compact
details
So I need a new phone badly. My Nexus 4 is dying and I've really been pining for a new piece of awesome tech.
Unfortunately for a while there wasn't a really compelling device out there. Then came the 1+1 which I was really into but didn't want a phablet. Finally the new more powerful moto X came out and I loved it. But I want great battery life and along came the Sony Z3c. I buy my phones outright so the sky is not the limit price wise but the Sony and the MotoX check just about all of the... Read more →

Did you get in on the OnePlus One preorder earlier today?

The OnePlus One has been one of the harder phones to get your hands on in recent times due to OnePlus' insistence on a wonky invitation-only system. People hoping to get their hands on the device had a chance earlier today when they opened up their system for pre-orders for an hour.
So, were you one of the hopefuls trying to order the phone? Did you get... Read more →

Which phone should I get, and should I wait?
details
It's time for me to upgrade my cellphone and I've been doing me research on which phone I should get or even if I should even get one. I've been using the iPhone 5 since it came out and had a go with the OnePlus One over the summer and loved the phone, only problem with that was that the battery does not come out. Now I have ordered the iPhone 6 Plus, and questioning if I should even get it. What phones are out there that people would suggest, or is there something coming out that would be...

Share your favorite slo-mo videos

Most new phones have the ability to capture video at a ridiculously high frame rate and then play them back in what appears to be slow motion mode (e.g., capture 120 or 240 frames per second and play it back at 30 frames per second). On one hand, it's kind of a gimmicky feature, but on the other, it would have made my middle school skateboarding videos WAY COOLER.
That said, there's still something kind of satisfying and awesome about watching things happen in slow motion. Take for example, this... Read more →

How often do you upgrade your phone?
details

We're getting a lot of exciting phone announcements over the last week.
IFA gave us the following:
  • Galaxy Note Edge
  • Galaxy Note 4
  • Samsung Galaxy Alpha
  • LG G3 Stylus
  • Sony Xperia Z3
  • Sony Xperia Z3 Compact
That same week Motorola also showcased the following:
  • Moto X
  • Moto G
And tomorrow is Apple's big day where we'll likely be seeing a new iPhone (or two).
The thing is, even with all this exciting new stuff I don't have any urge to upgrade. I bought my iPhone 5S on release day and a... Read more →

One plus one will be getting Android L update
details
OnePlus is the only smartphone on the market that offers high end specs in an affordable package just like you would find on a Nexus Device though the smartphone still haven’t been received by a lot of people because of the unusual invite system.
For those of you lucky enough to have one should be expecting the new Android L upadate in the near future when Google will official release it for their Nexus devices. OnePlus announced on their forums that they will be updating OnePlus One to the... Read more →

Will we ever see cheaper phones?
details

OnePlus finally took the covers off their One phone (I don't get the name either) and it's pretty impressive. It has the specs to stand against some of the top flagships out there and comes in at $300, which is about half the price of major flagships. The two potential downsides are the battery is not removable, and it only has 16GB of storage with no microSD slot. However for only $50 more you can get 64GB of storage instead.
The phone... Read more →

OnePlus One will cost under £290 / €350 in UK and Europe, but what do you expect for that sort of cash?
details
It's just seven days until OnePlus launches its first Android flagship, but that hasn't stopped the company drip-feeding news about the device. Surprisingly, the outfit promises that the unit will cost under £290 in the UK, €350 in Europe and $3,000 HKD in Hong Kong -- which we're taking to mean £289, €349 and $2,999, respectively. By way of comparison, that's £10 less than you'd pay for a Nexus 5 and £20 more than you'd need for a Lumia 1320. Now, given that the handset is shipping with... Read more →
