Joystiq reader Aberu last week pointed us to the World of Warcraft community comic archives. We're not including them in the wrapup because we'd rather highlight the (already voted upon) comic portal here, but WoW fans should just go peruse them all (if they hadn't already). Here are our other picks for the week's best game-related webcomics, be sure to vote for your favorite! • UK Pimp My Ride car comes complete with Wii

The UK version of MTV's show Pimp My Ride recently hooked up a Renault Clio much in the usual fashion that cars receive said "hook up" on the show. With some spiffy new rims, paint job and more speakers than any one human being could need, the car is now adequately pimped. What makes this car so special, you ask? Well, instead of putting some other crappy game system into the ride, the folks at MTV decided to toss a Wii into the trunk section (or boot, for you in the UK). If you ask us, having our car look like a giant blueberry is a small price to pay for having a Wii in the trunk, not to mention just how hard it is to even find one in the UK.[Via Codename Revolution]

If you live in the US, you have a DS and you don't have both Castlevania games, today is the day you will fix that problem. Amazon.com has Portrait of Ruin on sale for $20.99, and its predecessor Dawn of Sorrow for $19.99. Buy them together, and you get free shipping. That's two of the best games released in the last few years, for less than a copy of Pimp My Ride for the Xbox 360. It's a pretty excellent deal.[Via NeoGAF]

  • Suzuki unleashes 360 integrated concept car

Today at the 2006 San Diego International Auto Show, Suzuki unveiled the SXBox, a concept car with a complete integrated Xbox 360 media setup. The car features a dash integrated Xbox 360 console using a projector display. The projector actually projects the image onto the inside of the vehicle's hood which can retract at the push of a button. Another 360 runs through two LCD screens located in the seat backs of the two front seats, and a retractable rear projection screen is located at the rear of the vehicle. The front seats include force feedback, the sound is produced by a surround sound system, and all 360s are played with wireless controllers. To top it all off, the driver's control is mounted directly into the steering wheel. Why anyone would put this much crap in their car, we have no idea (we'd rather play on the couch) but if we had to have a kickass car with an integrated 360, this is definitely the one we'd pick. • Gitaroo Man pre-order swag (and other less important games)

Gitaroo Man Lives! plans on burnin' down the PSP come November 14th, and if you pre-order the game online at Gamestop, you'll not only secure yourself a copy of the game, you'll also get a 5-pin set (which looks suspiciously like the ones given away in Europe a while back). Although the game is merely an updated port of the PS2 cult classic, there are tons of people out there that haven't had a chance to play this rad game from the creators of import-favorite Ouendan. It received some rave reviews, so don't be afraid to break out the dough. It appears as if you'll be able to pre-order Pimp My Ride and NFL Street 3 and get some swag too, but I stopped reading 'round there. You can head over to Gamestop Gamespot (why are they named so similarly???!) to get all the details.

myFlash = new FlashObject('http://www.gametrailers.com/umremote312.swf', 'swffile', 480, 409, 8); myFlash.altTxt = ''; myFlash.addVariable('mid', 14259); myFlash.write(); For those of you who thought it was blasphemy that West Coast Customs is included in LA Rush, I'm sorry to tell you that the MTV series, Pimp My Ride, that made WCC a household name is getting its own video game. While I don't fully understand the need for a Pimp My Ride video game, obviously somebody thought they could make a lot of money from it. And according to the game's brand manager, Steve Wiliams, "Pimp My Ride the video game only makes sense." Sure Steve, if you say so. And hey, any game that lets you Ride the Whip can't be all that bad, right?

  • Xzibit to pimp rides on 360

We love pimping rides. That's fairly apparent. If we see a ride that has not been pimped, it tears a hole right in our krunky soul. Lucky for us and other would be pimpers of rides, Mike from K1lla's Xbox Domain sends us word that the 360 will be getting it's very own iteration of Pimp My Ride. GameStop lists the game for a November 14th release from Activision -- Activision's site has no listing of the game at all, though. We're a little worried that the genre is "Racing, Online" and not "Rides, Pimping." What's the point of racing rides if they haven't been pimped first?

  • MTV pimps branded MP3 players in Europe

Just a few weeks after the launch of their Microsoft-supported music service Urge, MTV has tapped European company Mini Media to produce two MP3 players emblazoned with branding from Viacom franchises such as South Park and Pimp My Ride. The lower-end MIVI-P1GB sports 1GB of storage (expandable with SD), WMA playback, an FM tuner and a voice recorder, while the higher-end MIVI-P1GBV1 adds photo/video playback on a 1.5-inch CSTN screen. Yeah, the specs are nothing special but MTV is hoping the wacky rubberized finish and cheesy graphics will be enough to separate consumers from their cash after the European release slated for September. No word on price or plans for a US release yet, but we're betting we'll see these before we ever see that other MTV player again.[Via I4U]

  • Pimp My Ride, now with 33% more iPod

I have heard, from good sources, that the kids enjoy watching the MTV. Furthermore, they enjoy watching Pimp My Ride, a show in which a lucky person's vehicle is tranformed from 'old and busted' to the 'new hotness' almost as if by some wonderful magic. It now appears that Pimp My Ride will be adding iPod connectivity to about a third of their projects, something that I am sure Apple is happy about.[via the Ubergeeks]
