Say what you will about the Daedric Princes of The Elder Scrolls games, but some of them have a keen eye for fashion. Case in point: Nocturnal, lady of night and darkness, clads her servants - the Nightingales - in the kind of outfit we imagine Batman would wear if Batman were a medieval fantasy character. Soon, you won't need a copy of Skyrim to admire said outfit, as Gaming Heads is producing a 1/6 scale statue of a Nightingale as they appear in Bethesda's epic roleplaying game. Bethesda revealed the 16-inch tall statue via its company blog earlier this week and we have to admit, he's a spiffy-looking fella. And he ought to be, as a standard edition of the statue costs $300, while a Gaming Heads-exclusive edition costs $330. The statue won't ship until early 2015, but pre-orders are now live. You can snag the standard edition straight from Bethesda's store, or get one with a light-up base from Gaming Heads. There are only 1,000 standard editions being produced, while the light-up version will only number 500. [Image: Bethesda]

The fourth mega TF2 statue from Gaming Heads is the BLU Sniper Exclusive, and boy is she pretty. The BLU Sniper Exclusive is 14 inches from the base to the top of its arrows, and since it's the exclusive version, it comes with the Razorback battery-powered tribal shield. There are only 350 of these bad boys, and they cost $235 each. They'll be available in Q3 2013, though pre-orders start today.Gaming Heads also has the Medic, Soldier and Heavy in standard and exclusive versions. If you haven't already started saving up, maybe do that now.

If an enthusiast-built Portal 2 turret piques your interest, Gaming Heads' Valve-licensed miniature replica may very well force your wallet open. Modeled using Portal 2's in-game assets and cast in "high quality poly-stone," these mini-turrets aim to intimidate intruders with a motion activated light-up eye. In addition to the stoic and silent basic model, the company's offering an exclusive edition, which plays sounds and voice samples from the game. Only 1,100 of these hand-painted facsimiles will be produced (350 with sound, 750 without), but the company notes that other figures based on the adorable death machines are in the works. Pre-orders have already begun, so collectors will want to act fast -- provided they're ready to pony up $300-325, of course.

The latest Valve-licensed replica from Gaming Heads is a mini model of the Aperture Sentry Turret. The turret is 16 inches tall (including base and antenna) and features a sound module, which will play samples of the turret's "activation, search, auto search, disabled and tipped over sounds."The company is only making 350 turrets and they'll be "cast in high quality poly-stone," then painted and finished by hand. Pre-orders are available now and the item will ship in Q4 2012 for $324.99.We'd mock the price, but then we think about the cost of making a real (or realest yet) Portal Turret with a Penn State education, and now a few hundred dollars doesn't seem so unreasonable.

Gaming Heads' second Team Fortress 2 figurine will be the Soldier, as you may have gathered. Like the Heavy, the Soldier will deploy in both BLU and RED varieties -- a limited run of 300 with an inter-switchable Direct Hit accessory and a run of 750 without will ship in Q3 2011. Oh, and of course neither will come cheap. The more limited version with the extra rocket launcher is an exorbitant $234.99, while the basic model is a slightly less exorbitant $219.99. Gaming Heads is currently taking pre-orders, if you're so inclined. %Gallery-115867%

Some people like coffee when they need a pick-me-up, some people like a snack -- heck, some people do sit-ups. But, for a select few, only mortal fear can motivate. So don't judge anybody who may be interested in pre-ordering Gaming Heads' Crabhead figurine on October 4, okay?

  • Left 4 Dead's 'Tank' figure unveiled, busting through bank accounts

We've got some mixed emotions about the just revealed Tank mini-statue (statuette just doesn't seem fitting for a giant terrifying zombie), created by Gaming Heads for Valve. Sure, its detail is marvelous and it comes with a totally sweet, albeit miniature, pump-action shotgun, but it's also 325 real-life actual dollars for the "exclusive edition". At 15 inches tall, you'd better have a real special place in your heart (and in your house, preferably a cage) to shell out that kind of cash. If you'd like to save yourself a bit of money, there's a less-exclusive version (limited to a run of 750) for $300, but unfortunately it comes with no mini pump-action shotgun. And frankly, we both know that's completely unacceptable. How else will you fight off the little monster when he goes after your throat? Hmmm? Interested parties will be glad to know that orders appear to be open as of right now, though the statue won't be set free until "Q1 2011."

It's as if millions of wallets cried out and were suddenly silenced, stripped of their precious cash money and left hollowed out and dead. We imagine that ringing in our ears has something to do with Valve and Gaming Heads, who just inked a deal to produce a line-up of collectibles based on hit Valve franchises. Pictured above is The Heavy, which will be the first in its Team Fortress 2 series -- available in Red and Blue varieties, of course. Gaming Heads will also produce statues based on other popular Valve properties, such as Half-Life 2 and Left 4 Dead 2. And if some decorative shelf or desk items aren't really your thing, there's the promise of "life-sized props," meaning there's a possibility you could actually own a Portal gun without having to make it yourself sometime in the future. Just imagine: you'll be the hit of the Halloween party! The Heavy will be available for pre-order on Monday, May 3. [Via Team Fortress 2 Blog]
