Rumor: MGS4 co-producer working on Halo title

Here's a juicy Halo rumor for you. Word on the collectivestreets is that former Kojima Productions employee and Metal Gears Solid 4 co-producer Ryan Payton is currently working on the mysterious Peter Jackson Halo Project.

Supposedly, Payton has been given a "creative director" title on the "Halo: Chronicles" project which is a title that's way too vague for us to speculate his specific role. That is, if this rumor isn't made entirely out of lies. Our Joystiq mother ship has contacted Ryan Payton for comment, so let's wait and see what kind of answers we get.
