The Queue: Stupid fat moonkin

Welcome back to The Queue, WoW.com's daily Q&A column where the WoW.com team answers your questions about the World of Warcraft. Mike Sacco will be your host today.

Atdt1991 asked:

"What's the latest on moonkin skin updates? I'm dyin' here!"

The last Blizzard response to this question that said while Tree of Life was definitely getting a cosmetic upgrade, moonkin might not, because it's so "iconic," and because there are a lot of other art tasks on Blizzard's plate right now. You're probably going to have to deal with your fat, dumb bearbird for the foreseeable future. Sorry about that.

Camsom asked:

"This question was already addressed back in April but with the recent leaks I wanted to know if there was any clarification.

Will there be new Capital Cities for the worgen and goblins that function similarly to those of the Belfs and Draenei? From what I can tell both cities will be added, Gilnaes sounds like it will be part of a "Taking the Undercity" type event, but from the recent list of zones and subzones it appears to also be a normal city. Has there been any word from Blizzard on this subject? I know they said that there will be no new neutral city, but have they said anything else?"

Neither the new races nor the sidekick races (trolls/gnomes) are getting new, functional capital cities. When I say "functional," I mean a place with an auction house and a bank and other amenities. Gilneas City is a battleground after the worgen starting experience completes, Kezan isn't accessible after a certain level, and Gnomeregan and the Echo Isles just become new starting areas, not functional cities.

GeofforySWC asked:

"Does the mastery system only apply to your talent tree with the most points spent in it, or will you get a bonus from a secondary tree in a 51/XX/XX talent setup?"

You'll only receive mastery bonuses for the tree in which you spend the most points. Otherwise, pure DPS classes or hybrids with two DPS specs could double-dip mastery bonuses extraordinarily well, and other classes would be left in the dust.

Nrossel asked:

"Now that we killed the Lich King, well, Arthas. What happened to his body? Is there any grave for him?"

Not that we know of. Maybe in Cataclysm?

RG asked:

"Why are some NPC's (Faction leaders, Raid bosses, etc...) listed as level "??? Boss"? Wowwiki says this is a "variable level" but generally considered 3 levels above the player so why not show each player that level?"

Would you mess with some dude whose power level was indicated by a skull?
