The Queue: This is the worst Queue in the world -- Rebecca Black's Friday

Welcome back to The Queue, the daily Q&A column in which the WoW Insider team answers your questions about the World of Warcraft.

While the above cinema will certainly generate at least a few hundred comments, everyone should remember to leave at least a question or two about WoW while you recount your amazement at Rebecca Black's video. That way my colleagues won't want to put my head on a pike.

Sedna asked:

As a newb rogue, is it worth it to try and farm lockboxes at all anymore, or should I rely on Pickpocket for my source of randomized loot?

As was pointed out in the comments, the best thing you can do is to just macro pickpocket onto your stealth opening moves. You'll get lockboxes and a bunch of other junk as well. The macro would look like this (as long as you have auto loot turned on):

/cast Pick Pocket
/cast Whatever-stealth-action-you-open-with

Remember too that you don't have to train up lockpicking anymore. It advances automatically with your level, which is really quite nice.

Sedna also asked:

Any guesses as to the approximate lifespan of an authenticator?

According to all the documentation, 7 years.

Dirtyg asked:

How close have any of the WoW Insider staff ever come to quitting WoW?

Those of us that have been at WoW Insider for a long time know an important rule: Don't get burned out. It's very easy when your job is to write about a game to get quickly tired of the game, and that means that we all take breaks to play other things and explore other areas of interest. Of course by a "break" I mean playing only for a few hours a week, maybe only logging on to raid, etc.

There have been some staff who have quit WoW entirely, but they've resigned from the site (which isn't a bad thing -- gotta like the subject area in the business, or else your writing suffers greatly).

We we we we so excited. We gonna have a ball today.
