MV Guide: July 16 - 22, 2012
MV Guide is a weekly rundown of the MMO gaming events planned on Massively TV.
Every week, the Massively Stream Team logs in to play various MMOs live and in person, and we'd love for you to drop by the channel and visit. We have a combination of regular weekly games and new surprises each week, so you'll find a variety of titles to watch. During our streamed events, you can participate in the live chat, ask questions to learn about the game, or simply spend some time with Massively staff and readers. (Of course, streaming is subject to the whims of outside forces like server-side gremlins once in a while.)

Monday
5:00 p.m. EDT: Beau -- Dragon Eternity
If you're a fan of fantasy, browser-based, and semi-graphical MMOs, then you might want to check out this stream. Beau will be diving into this game -- finally -- so you'll be able to see as he struggles like any other newbie.
8:00 p.m. EDT: Mike -- EVE Online
The EVE stream returns with more lost ships, more embarrassing defeats and more devastating losses. Join Mike as he once again launches himself into low-sec space and looks for a few unwitting EVE players to destroy, and as he once again accidentally warps into bubbles and gets podded back to his station. It's all fun and games until someone loses a few million skill points.
Tuesday
10:00 a.m. EDT: James "Adventure Mike" -- Dungeon Fighter Online
Do you ever wish that you could mix your addiction for beat-em-ups like Streets of Rage and Dungeons and Dragons: Shadows over Mystara with your love for MMOs? Does rocking music and intense action get your blood pumping in ways that just haven't been touched by MMOs so far? Do you love old-school style 2D graphics that remind you of your beloved days toiling away in the dank crypts of your local arcade? I'm happy to say we have your solution. All this week, Adventure Mike will be investigating Dungeon Fighter Online. It's free, it's slick and it's got a modern veneer to shiny itself up. Tune in to be part of the action!
9:00 p.m. EDT: MJ -- EverQuest II
Once more into the tomb, my friends! MJ reached the end of the dungeon last week only to find the final door locked. Armed with the knowledge of how to get the key, she'll forge ahead and continue to work through The Bloodline Chronicles adventure pack. To make up for lost time, she might even try the clear-the-whole-dungeon-at-once move. It's got to work sometime after all... right?
Wednesday
10:00 a.m. EDT: James "Adventure Mike" -- Dungeon Fighter Online
Adventure Mike is back with more Dungeon Fighter Online! Join him on his second of three DFO streams this week and see what it is that makes him love this game so much!
2:00 p.m. EDT: Mike -- World of Tanks
Special edition lunchtime stream! Mike, fueled by the string of victories that took place in last week's stream, once again storms the battlefields of this free-to-play, tank carnage-based MMO. Tune in and find out what happens when a man is consumed by a lust for treads, turrets, and delivering crippling blows to the metal cavalry of his foes. Alternatively, tune in to find out what happens when someone is bad at World of Tanks.
8:00 p.m. EDT: MJ -- City of Heroes
Knock on wood -- nothing is going to stand in the way of MJ running player-made missions in the Mission Architect this time! Join her as she chooses a mission or two to highlight the creativity of players and show off this great feature. Who knows, she might even pick one of yours!
9:00 p.m. EDT: MJ -- Vanguard
Even though Internet gremlins tried their darndest, they couldn't spoil the fun of grouping in Vanguard! Come help MJ thumb her nose at those gremlins again by taking on another Vanguard dungeon together. Which level dungeon depends on who wants to brave the wilds of Telon while on camera! Don't worry, dancing is optional.
Thursday
9:00 a.m. EDT: David "Psykopig" -- The Secret World
The Secret Pigsty is back! Thursday morning is now PvP morning for The Secret World. Can the Pig build a character worthy of the MASSIVE continuous PvP The Secret World has to offer? Find out this week, IN THE STY!
10:00 a.m. EDT: James "Adventure Mike" -- Dungeon Fighter Online
It's Adventure Mike's final run through Dungeon Fighter Online this week! Tune in to see how he's been progressing.
8:00 p.m. EDT: MJ -- The Secret World
Grouping in The Secret World is easier than in many other games; you can literally draw members from any of the other dimensions. That should come in handy as MJ plans to dive into the first dungeon instance: Polaris. Want to help avoid watching a complete PUG in there? Then join her for this sure-to-be-fun dungeon run!
Friday
2:00 p.m. EDT: MJ -- Aion
Buoyed by finding some great folks last week, MJ returns to Asmodae to continue life among the dark-winged. Join in as she explores more areas and possibly even dives through a rift. And you know she's totally down for checking out NTC if a group can be found!
5:00 p.m. EDT: Beau -- Ryzom
Beau really needs to finish up some of the Silan quests, a series of newbie tutorials that also introduce players to the lore of the world. What better time to do it than on a lovely Friday afternoon?
9:00 p.m. EDT: Jeremy -- Vanguard
More class and race showcasing in Jeremy's continued look at the different starting zones and the beginner gear for each class. There's also a lot to talk about as Sony Online Entertainment has been releasing more news about the pricing matrix as Vanguard draws nearer to its impending transition to free-to-play.
Saturday
9:00 a.m. EDT: David "Psykopig" -- The Secret World
Saturday's are Story Days! Join Psykopig as he unravels the mysteries, chases the investigations and pulls back the curtains on some amazing missions in The Secret World!
9:00 p.m. EDT: Jeremy -- World of Warcraft
Last week, Jeremy took a slight detour and got lost trying to find different activities to do during the Midsummer Fire Festival. This week he continues to quest and get his undead, Necronomnom, to level 20.
Sunday
11:00 a.m. EDT: Richie -- Guild Wars 2
The third and final beta weekend event for Guild Wars 2 is upon us and Richie is set to log as many hours as possible in Tyria. The Asura and Sylvari races will be playable for the first time, so expect to see some never-before-seen content in this two-hour livestream show. When ArenaNet shuts the servers down at the end of the day, you'll hear the wailing of thousands of gamers as they realize they have to wait until August 25 to play again. At least at that point, our progress will actually count!
12:00 p.m. EDT: Richie -- Guild Wars 2
