I have had the "Full HD" Core i7 version of this laptop for a month or so. I bought it to use with Windows 10 when it comes out...but also because Apple's new MacBook is not what I was waiting for. I am exceptionally pleased with this machine. First, it's just a gorgeous piece of machinery. Second, I find the 360 ability of the screen allows me to use it in a variety of settings...including as a tablet on my lap, where it sits very comfortably. I did not get the QHD because I've had super-res screens before and scaling is always an issue. Third, I did a huge amount of research before choosing, and I feel this machine gave me the most bang for the buck. This machine is perfection in everything but 2 slight negatives: (1) the trackpad is good, not great (don't think anything matches Apple's trackpad, though), and (2) while weight is not an issue for me because I have other machines that are lighter, It's not that it's heavy, it's just not light...but then there are the ports available because of this. Wow. PORTS!I'd buy this machine again without hesitation, and that includes not buying Dell's new 13" Infinity screen. Also, I will not be buying any machine with Core M processor any time soon. I want elegance, speed, and power. Portability is a non-issue for me, and solving battery issues is just plain simple: buy a good portable charger.
