While most companies have given up on PC surround sound systems, the Arena 9 are a solid attempt at bringing the joys of 5.1 sound back to computers. They’re excellent for gaming and movies, but fall a tad short when it comes to musical complexity. Setup is easy, thanks to wireless speakers, but the high price is hard to swallow without onboard surround sound processing.

Pros

  • Excellent two-way speaker design
  • Fantastic sound quality for gaming and movies
  • Convenient wireless rears
  • Bluetooth support

Cons

  • Built-in speaker cables may be hard to fix
  • Subwoofer is small for a system this size
  • No onboard surround sound processing
  • No 5.1 surround for PS5
  • Average build quality
