Curve Studios' stealthy platformer Stealth Inc will receive a special Ultimate Edition version on PS4 in early March, the developer announced today. The bundle will include the base version of the game formerly known as Stealth Bastard as well as its two DLC add-ons, The Teleporter Chambers and The Lost Clones. The pieces of downloadable content add 40 levels to the game's already-existing 80. Stealth Inc launched on PSN for Vita and PS3 in July 2013, following its November 2012 launch on PC and April 2013 release on Mac and Linux. While it was Cross-Buy-enabled on PSN then, the developer noted today that the Ultimate Edition will not be free for current Stealth Inc owners to download. Still, it is "looking into ways we can offer a very significant discount to people who already own Stealth Inc," and will reveal as much in the coming weeks. [Image: Curve Studios]

After a quickie Blu-ray dropped in the fall sans-extras, Transformers: Dark of the Moon is getting a full fledged release January 31st complete with 3D and four hours of bonus features. There's actually two versions coming, first up is the $39.99 four disc Ultimate Edition with a 2D copy on one disc, a Blu-ray full of extras, a Blu-ray 3D copy, and a DVD with the film in standard def plus iTunes / Windows Media Player compatible digital copies. Even though it's coming with that old school digital copy disc, this flick will also be Ultraviolet ready, so if you're packing the correct assortment of logins and software it can be downloaded or streamed on other devices. The other release is a $99 seven-disc Limited Collector's Edition Blu-ray Trilogy set that dedicates two discs each to the first two movies, and three for DotM as well as a signed plaque from the director. We may have to wait to see Martin Scorsese's Hugo to see a Blu-ray 3D release to watch a good movie on the format, but the extensive work done in creating Transformer's visual effects should definitely hold over AV junkies until Avatar gets a wide release. Check out the press release with a full list of extras and a picture of the LCE after the break.

  • Assassin's Creed: Revelations 'Ultimate Edition' bundle revealed by GameStop

You've got a hoodie drawn over your eyes, a hidden blade tucked under each sleeve, and you're a parkour master. Every evening you renew your vow to the order, quietly murmuring "Vittoria agli assassini" before retiring to bed. But as we all know, you're not a real Assassin's Creed fan without a miniature statuette of Leonardo da Vinci's flying machine and a plastic statue of elderly Ezio. As it turns out, GameStop is offering just that in what it's calling the Assassin's Creed: Revelations "Ultimate Edition," which includes the contents of the pre-order-tied "Signature Edition" plus the aforementioned plastic items. That means it costs $40 more on consoles and PC ($100 and $90, respectively) for two plastic figures and ... a whole bunch of content that everyone else is getting for free with a pre-order.

Despite popping up on GameStop and having been rated by Australia's OFLC, the so-called "Dragon Age Origins - Ultimate Edition" still hasn't been officially announced by EA. Now the British Board of Film Classification has gone ahead and listed the supposed contents of the re-release, which is "made up of a number of separate components," including: Dragon Age: Origins (original game) Dragon Age: Origins - Awakening (standalone expansion) "The Darkspawn Chronicles" (DLC) "Feastday Combo Pack" (DLC) "The Golems of Amgarrak" (DLC) "Leliana's Song" (DLC) "Return to Ostagar" (DLC) "The Stone Prisoner" (lDLC) "Warden's Keep" (DLC) "Witch Hunt" (DLC) While the GameStop listing has since been removed, the retailer had posted a $60 price and an October 12 release date for the Ultimate Edition. We'll be sure to note the official details when EA officially announces them.

  • Zeno Clash: Ultimate Edition trailer isn't creepy enough

The trailer we've placed below the break for XBLA's Zeno Clash: Ultimate Editiion is a failure. It's not that you won't get a good idea of the first-person-brawler-slash-shooter's gameplay -- you will. It's that the clip doesn't come within a million miles of communicating just how skin-crawlingly creepy the experience of playing Zeno Clash is. Just for the record, it's kind of like taking a shower in Neil Gaiman's bathwater after its been filtered through David Lynch's birth certificate. Cr-eepy.

  • God of War III Ultimate Edition to rip apart your wallet

digg_url = 'http://digg.com/playstation/God_of_War_III_Ultimate_Edition_to_rip_apart_your_wallet'; You'd think that with a box as obnoxiously large as this, the God of War III "Ultimate Edition" would be overflowing with goodies. However, don't expect an abundance of physical goods in this 8.3" wide x 10.5" long x 5.9" tall "High-End Sculpted Replica of Pandora's Box." With the exception of the God of War III art book, all the bonuses packaged into this collector's edition are downloads: God of War Combat Arena containing an exclusive environment and seven challenges Premium Kratos Skin – Dominus God of War: Unearthing the Legend Franchise Documentary – a full-length movie documentary depicting the history of the God of War franchise God of War Trilogy Soundtrack – God of War, II, and III scores from the game (mp3 digital download). God of War: Blood and Metal EP – a heavy metal homage featuring original music inspired by God of War (mp3 download). So how much will this big box o' digital goodies cost you? $100! Of course, a big-budget game isn't complete without a requisite pre-order bonus. God of War III's pre-order bonus is none too surprising: a downloadable demo of the game you just put a deposit on! With the same demo releasing via the God of War Collection and the District 9 Blu-ray, chances are good you'll end up with more than one access code to the GoW demo before it ships next year -- heck you might even see a code pop up in your e-mail this weekend!
