First-person platformer Deadcore is now available on PC, Mac and Linux. Developed by the five-person French studio 5 Bits Games, the game costs $10 on Steam and Desura. Set in a mysterious sci-fi world, Deadcore has players climbing to the top of a labyrinthine tower, shooting at mechanical enemies and triggers in the twisted tower's security system to open new pathways. Deadcore features a Speedrun mode with online leaderboards, allowing players to challenge their friends' best times in the fast-paced levels. Bandai Namco handled the distribution of the independent platformer, as announced back in April. Bandai Namco will digitally distribute Deadcore and God Factory: Wingmen, two sci-fi-stylized games from independent studios 5 Bit Games and Nine Dots, respectively. Deadcore is a platformer FPS for PC with puzzle elements starring a giant tower, enemy robots, guns and a mysterious truth about the game's universe. Players must scale the tower, taking out robots and turrets to reach the top. It's due out this summer, and is in alpha now. God Factory: Wingmen is a 4-on-4 competitive space combat game for PC, Mac and Linux that Nine Dots founder Guillaume Boucher-Vidal calls a "space-sim MOBA." It fell short of a $70,000 Kickstarter goal in 2013, but had a successful run through Steam Greenlight. God Factory: Wingmen doesn't have a release date yet, but you can catch a trailer for it below.
