Reader Gorkorn of Dragonmaw sends in this shot of a zeppelin that's crashed in the middle of Dustwallow Marsh. And, while I vaguely recall a quest sending me to recover cargo from this crash site, it's not a quest that I do with every character -- this crash site being rather out of the way. As you see, the shot above shows us the evening sky and how exceptionally creepy the place can look during the twilight hours. Around Azeroth: Exploring Alcaz Island
Reader Scott sends in this shot of the dock at the mysterious Alcaz Island off the coast of Dustwallow Marsh. The island seems to be something of a catchall as far as Blizzard is concerned... Prior to the 1.9 patch, the King of Stormwind could be found imprisoned in the sewers here. After the 1.9 patch the island was home to Dr. Weavil, a raid boss involved in the quest to open the gates of Ahn'Qiraj. And today?
