  • Canon EOS 7D rumors heat up again

    Seriously, we've been hearing about the EOS 7D for well over a year now, with the chatter predictably heating up before every major trade show -- and with just over a month before Photokina, it's happening all over again. Hopefully Canon actually has this semi-legendary $1,899 full-frame DSLR to show us this time -- the 5D is getting pretty ancient.P.S.- We have no way of knowing if this image is real or not, so don't get too excited out there.[Thanks, David]

  • Canon's EOS 7D gets its very own UPC?

    While we'd definitely recommend taking this with a hearty throw of salt, Canon's not-yet-real EOS 7D apparently has a universal product code ready and waiting for its elusive launch date. 'Course, this could be nothing more than an intriguing false alarm, but it's not like we haven't seen Canon cameras eventually materialize after seeing faint footprints in the sand to start. So, there you have it, fuel for the seemingly endless Canon DSLR rumor fire -- speculate away in comments.[Via CNET]
