If your tiresome Black Friday campout left you incensed at that fellow ahead who snagged the very last HDTV that you had been eying, take heart. Panasonic feels your pain, and is opening up its exclusive help lines to help you deal with the hassles of searching for the perfect plasma. The company's Plasma Concierge service -- which opened earlier this year -- is stocking up on customer service representatives to field any questions you may have, regardless of whether or not you own a single Panasonic product. The program is open to the public through December 31st of this year to craft "customized flat screen profiles," determine which set would be better suited for your room, and even tips on mounting and wiring. So if you're befuddled over where to get some reliable, free information (aside from the site you're currently ogling) on which plasma to pick up this holiday season, give Panasonic a ring, but be sure to dodge those sure-to-come sales pitches while you're at it.

We've had our Wii kicking around the office for a little while now, but we had to hold off on answering your many questions about it until last night when they rolled out their launch update. Trust us, it definitely changed some answers, so let's get to the FAQ. Oh, and thanks for the questions. Feel free to leave your followups in the comments.

Last week we put it to you to put it to us: hit us with your PlayStation 3 (and Wii) questions, and we'll answer them to the best of our abilities. Obviously there's still a lot people want to know, and we got a couple hundred questions about the new consoles. While we weren't able to answer them all (for example, we can't test PAL output since we don't have PAL TVs around the office, sorry!), hopefully this should be enough to keep you occupied during that long, long, mole-infested wait in line tonight. And thanks for the questions!P.S. -Check out our other list of interesting PS3 facts!

We'll be honest...you probably know all the information in this rather gargantuan FAQ from IGN. It was written for an audience that doesn't obsessively check video game news sites every day (nerds!...we love you guys), and as such, it's an extremely comprehensive database on pretty much everything about the Wii, updated with all the new information from the September 14th event. If you need a little refresher course, or just want to link one of your living-under-a-rock friends and do a little grassroots marketing, head on over to IGN (and try not to get buried in advertisements).

Over on the WiiChat.com forums, i0n has posted a helpful FAQ encompassing 51 items related to The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. Not sure about the differences between the GameCube and Wii versions? Curious as to which Link will star in TP? Wondering who Midna is? i0n's got answers.Of course, the FAQ doesn't crack any of the game's great mysteries, but it's a well organized hub for the information and ideas that have been shared thus far.

We try our best here to answer every question our readers throw at us. But sometimes people just want to learn on their own,and boy do we have a great resource for you. eMediaLive has had a Blu-ray FAQ section on their site for sometime now, but they also, just added a HD DVD version of it a few weeks ago. If you every have any questions about ether format, like how HD the construction of HD DVD-ROM, -R, and -RAM are different, consult this guide. We really don't think that this should be called a Frequently Asked Questions though. Do you see the question "What is the BD-R/RE AV format" as a question that is asked too often? Although a valid question and this is a great list of answers, we think these FAQ's should really be called The Ultimate Blu-ray /HD DVD Information Location. Has a nice ring to it, don't you think?[Via HD-Insider]Read - Blu-ray FAQRead - HD DVD FAQ

  • Apple adds Nike+ section to iPod Support site

Apple must have heard our jab at their one-line Nike+ Sport Kit support document yesterday and decided to whip up a full-blown Nike+ support section of their much-loved iPod Support site. Delusions of grandeur aside, the support section offers the typical troubleshooting and 'How do I...' sections, along with a video tutorial detailing how to run how to get on your feet with using this slick new kit to enhance your run. It also includes a link to Apple's new Nike + iPod Sport Kit discussions sub-category which lives under their iPod nano forum. While these should be handy new resources for all sorts of internet-related arguments over Nike and why 5G iPods didn't make the cut, just remember to still get out on your feet with your shiny new running kit, as we're pretty sure Apple Stores won't accept "I just never got around to it" as a return excuse.

While this may be pure rumor (and I can't find a reliable source attribution anyhwere), there's a fairly detailed character transfer FAQ floating around with all the information on pricing and availibity.  If this is just a rumor, someone's certainly gone to a lot of trouble to write it up with so much detail.  Here are the highlights, though you'll have to read the full document to get all the details: $25 per character transfered Transfers can take up to 10 days to process, during which time you cannot access the character Not all realms avalible for transfer (full or high population realms, realms soon to be open for free transfers, or recently released realms will not be avalible) Restrictions on how much gold a transfering character may have (300g for characters level 10 to 30, 1000g for characters level 31 to 50, 5000g for characters level 51 to 60) You may transfer from a PvP to a PvE rule-set, but not from PvE to PvP You may only transfer to a PvP realm if you do not have characters of the opposing faction on that realm You may transfer characters from one account to another only if you are the subscriber for both accounts

  • Answers for Those Nagging Priest Questions

This charmingly titled FAQ provides a nice compilation of answers to questions that are posted in the forums ten times a day by priests.  From what enchant to put on your Benediction to whether spirit gear is better than mana per 5 gear, this guide isn't covering the basics - for basic information for a starting priest you might try this FAQ instead - but it does hit on all the hot topics.  If you're a priest looking for answers, this is a very  good starting place.  Hopefully it will also slow the constant inquires over the best enchant for the Benediction, but I'm probably just being optimistic...
