Every new track available next week on the Rock Band music store is a song off Harmonix's Rock Band Blitz. As a reminder, all 25 tracks on Rock Band Blitz are available for Rock Band with purchase. Also, Blitz is pretty fun for $15 and uses the Rock Band songs you already own.

A live version of Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers' "Mary Jane's Last Dance" is available next week within the band's Rock Band DLC six-pack. The song may not be everyone's cup of formaldehyde, but it's certainly memorable for conjuring up one of the creepiest music videos of all time. We have no idea what the song is actually about, but it will always be the story of Tom Petty stealing Kim Basinger's corpse from the morgue, dressing her up, and then at the end .... AHHhhHhHHHH! WoW Moviewatch: Because of You
Over the next couple of days, we're going to dig deep into the archives of WoW machinima, thanks to our dear readers. I never thought I'd end up featuring anything with Kelly Clarkson music in the background, but this movie is in the same vein as Here Without You. Those that were around for that tearjerker may not be as impressed with Because of You, but it's still powerful nonetheless.Where the former involved a man taking revenge for his woman, the latter has it the opposite way. Dating back to October 2006, this little story is about a lady that will go to the depths of hell to avenge her fallen man. This seems to be a popular format for machinima, as it's been repeated in almost every serious plotline movie out there in the last few years. Cinemassively: Birth of an Angel
Today's the first day of SXSW, for those who aren't aware, which means that the lovely and talented Moo Money is on the road today to cover it with several others from the Joystiq network team. As such, I'll be hooking you up with your daily dose of video goodness! This video was shot in NCsoft's City of Heroes, and features the song Breakaway by Kelly Clarkson. Between the music and the composition of the scenes, it suggests one girl's journey from courageous youth to grown-up Super Hero. The video is a little dated, having come out about a year ago, but it's a heartwarming "tale" of striving to reach your best -- and making it.[Thanks, Blazefire!]
