Phat Loot Phriday: Leeka's Shield
Here's a shield for you tanks to try and get from a trip back in time this weekend.Name: Leeka's Shield (Wowhead, Thottbot, WoWDigger)Type: Rare ShieldArmor/Block: 7032 / 197Abilities: +37 Strength, +60 Stamina, which is quite a bit of Stamina for a shield. And we know there's almost nothing tanks love better Unless it's Defense rating, of which this shield gives 38. An exceptionally nice shield -- not the last one you'll ever get, but it's definitely a reason to check out the new Caverns of Time instance the second you hit 80. And yes, like most of the stuff in CoT: Stratholme, there's a little lore behind this one. There's a shop in Stratholme called "Leeka's Shields and Maces," so it's a pretty good guess that this shield came from shieldmaker Leeka back during her human days. Why do we say human? Because Leeka turned undead, and then apparently turned Forsaken -- she's an auctioneer in Undercity now. It would be awesome if she commented on this shield whenever you showed up wearing it, but maybe she doesn't remember -- do the Undead have memories of their previous lives? %Gallery-33600%

One of our readers thinks that he's the best Warlock out there. I'm almost inclined to agree. After getting his S3 gear last year, he became bored with the arena and began looking for ways to spice things up. He created this compilation video of 3v1, as well as some 4v1, PvP. Reader WoWspace: Violetly
As promised earlier, we've brought the sexy back of Reader WoWspace of the Week, just in time for you to enjoy on downtime Tuesday. (Although we make no guarantees about consistent amount of sexy....) This week's submission comes from Violetly, level 70 Blood Elf priest on Mal'Ganis who somehow has managed to show up in the armory twice. Violetly's chief complaint is that we're not doing enough justice to the girly WoWspaces out there -- so she did her duty and sent hers in for us to enjoy! Violetly writes:I have long felt it is my duty to provide WoW Insider with a much needed "girly" WoWspace, so here we are ladies and gentlemen. I have been playing WoW since 2005, first leveling an Alliance hunter to 60 before crossing over to the Horde with the arrival of BC. Violetly has always been PvE shadow for raiding. However, after returning to school to pursue a Master's degree in education, my raiding came to a screeching halt; so to spice things up, I recently switched to PvP discipline. I'm finding discipline to be very entertaining and equally as frustrating for my opponents (even in my welfare epics)!
