The only thing worse than losing your fro mid-fight is getting run over by a tiger. In this match between Lei Fang and Zack in Dead or Alive 5, there's plenty of both.

When you've seen it all in your favorite MMO, what's a geek to do? Well, if you're one of the myriad World of Warcraft players, you could always roll an alt on your side -- or perhaps on the opposing side! With Azeroth set to explode sometime soon, there's definitely never been a better time to run those old-school quests. Today's image comes to us from Zack, who has headed back for the familiar landscape of Durotar with a friend and sent this in. "With the launching of Cataclysm drawing ever closer, a buddy and I decided to roll new alts just to try to regain the feel of Azeroth. This One Shot seemed very fitting, considering the major changes that the new lore is bringing to Azeroth. The sun is setting on one story and a bloody infernal will be rising in it's place as the world is torn to bits by Cataclysm. Also it's nice just to take a second and breathe while playing so you don't get caught up in the mega grind. Hope you guys enjoy!" We love to see what players are doing in their favorite MMOs, but it takes readers sending in screenshots to make that happen. If you'd like to show off your latest adventures, then grab a screenshot and send it in to us here at oneshots@massively.com along with your name, the name of the game, and a description of what we're seeing. We'll post it out here on Massively and give you the credit! %Gallery-85937%

Well, it's not actually Zack. It's some We Love Golf-er in a Zack costume. That's why he looks so, you know, not like Zack at all. Capcom has just added a character likeness from their beloved Wii adventure to go with the other Capcom costumes found in the golf game. We enjoy silly costumes as much as we enjoy playing games online -- maybe more (we're weird)! Our gallery has been refreshed with a bunch of lovely new images from Capcom's Digital Day press event. Check it out if you love golf (video game screenshots)!%Gallery-10822%[Via press release]

We're slightly disappointed by the levels in Zack & Wiki: Quest for Barbaros' Treasure. It's not that they don't look nice, but they're just incredibly cliched. You can see cute little representations up there on the world map: the Jungle Ruins, the Volcano Cave, the Ice Temple, and Barbaros' Castle.Maybe the underwater level and the forced-scrolling motorcycle level are unlockable! Seriously, as much attention as this game is getting, we hope it's a little more creative than the levels make it seem. We're just going to assume that so much attention went into the puzzles that the level concepts kind of suffered.

We were just wondering how much our awesome DS Fanboy audience crossed over with the "mainstream" audience. And by that we mean people who pick up the Disney Channel tie-in games. We're not making fun here; we aren't judging or anything. We are genuinely interested. Who among us has played The Suite Life of Zack & Cody, or Hannah Montana, or That's So Raven: Psychic on the Scene? We usually pay no attention at all to this stuff, so we'd actually like to hear impressions of it from our commenting friends. Are they bland? Are any of them surprisingly playable? Or hilariously, lovably awful?

  • Treasure Island Z gets a new name; try to give it a chance anyway

Capcom has announced the official name for their fun-looking pirate adventure, formerly known as Project Treasure Island Z. It's still got "Treasure" in it, so it's still vaguely pirate-esque, but we just aren't sure. The new name is Zack & Wiki: Quest for Barbaros' Treasure. As if the bright, colorful graphics didn't do the job, the title drives home the point: this is a game for children. We hope you don't dismiss it based on the name alone, since it's gotten positive impressions.[Via press release]
