The CyberCar driverless car hits the streets of the French Riviera
We can think of a few names a little bit better for a driverless car than "CyberCar" (how about the AutoAuto?), but we're definitely not about to knock anything else about the laser-scanning, route-programmable, self-driving electric car. Well, maybe its whimpy golfcart-esque stylings, which, though may have been passable in its 3,000 successful free trial rides in the town of Antibes on the French Riviera, would hardly entice a fare in the fair town of New York.

I like the idea but driving can be fun sometimes so I'd like the option for manual steering (Demolition Man comes to mind). Plus... there are no doors or seatbelts?!

Could this be the first version of the cars that were invisoned in the movie Minority Report?
The design looks a little familiar...most parents might now what I mean.
