We don't even know where to start with this one, but if you're an up-and-coming spy whose gear department is facing budget cutbacks (hey, whose isn't these days?) then maybe you can get your Q of sorts to invest in iSpy, an apparently rudimentary Smartphone app that compares images at intervals from your cameraphone—if the image changes, an alarm is sounded. So let's get this straight. You're leaving your phone out in the open to spy on people, and when it detects a change in its field of vision, it makes a noise. "Someone stole my phone on a mission, Miss Monnypenny."
