Savant Elite Triple Action USB foot switches
If your mouse is already a multi-buttoned hydra and you just need to add a few more control surfaces, the Savant Elite USB foot switch could be for you. It ships factory programmed to emulate a typical mouse, but we shudder to think what sorts of other uses one might cook up for it. Apparently they hired a fleet of swift-footed elves to test these things, so they know the three pedals are properly spaced and oriented for anyone, anywhere, with any size foot (must involve the Golden Mean, somehow).
