Fujitsu's latest laptops, the Loox T, MG, NB, and NX

Toshiba Loox T, MG, NB, NX

Fujitsu went all out and released a whole new line of Loox T, MG, NB, and NX-series machines on us—they've been pretty slow thusfar in updating their lines to Sonoma, but for the most part these buck the trend. So, from left to right, top to bottom we have the Loox T, their 10.6-inch screen ultraportable that comes not in Sonoma, but has a 1.2GHz Pentium M, 1280 x 768 display, and up to 1GB RAM. The MG has a 13.3-inch or 14-inch screen, and has a Sonoma-based option with up to a 1.73GHz CPU, 2GB DDR2 SDRAM, dual-layer DVD burner, and a 100GB hard drive. The NB comes in two versions, a 15-inch vanilla version which uses the AMD Turion, and the NB/TV version, which rocks the Sonoma platform, a TV tuner, and has a larger 17-inch screen option; the 17-incher also supports dual hard drives—both can rock over a GB of RAM, while the 17-inch version has a 1440 x 900 display. Finally, the top of the line NX runs Sonoma at up to 1.86GHz, dual 100GB hard drives, that sweet 1440 x 900 17-inch display, and a TV tuner.
