Porn on the PSP now comes on UMDs

Even though they claim their UMD specs for movies are "shared," we're kind of scratching our heads about the new trend in publishing porn for the PSP in the Japanese market. Even if Sony feigns loss of control over who can publish what vids to UMD, they still technically choose with whom the processes are shared, and certainly they control who has access to UMD production facilities. Look, we know nakies hold different contexts in different societies, and yes, we know they're marketing the PSP first and foremost to the Gen-Y crowd (this ain't the first porn on the PSP), but we can't help wonder what kind of backlash Sony's going to see in dodging responsibility and poor taste on this one.
