Fuji Work's PvrAlex realtime H.264 encoder

Pvralex

Fuji Work is set to launch this supposed first realtime H.264 encoding device in September, which features a Memory Stick Duo slot and is aimed squarely at PSP users looking for the quickest way to get video content onto their portable. It'll take signals from an integrated analog tuner or from external sources via S-video and composite inputs, encode at your choice of five bitrates, and output at household TV resolution or at QVGA resolution for use with the PSP. There's no internal hard drive, but you can connect an external drive via USB once you've filled up your arsenal of memory sticks.
