Douglas.J x-type MP3 player
Wish we could snag a decent pic of this, but the website defies our best attempts. It looks like the Douglas.J net record label is putting out a signature MP3 player signed by RnB artist Xavier Aeon, which is an interesting piece of merch for a record company to be throwing out. Putting out your album on an iPod shuffle is one thing, but retailing your own player is another. Looks like the x-type MP3 player is gonna fly sometime this winter in capacities from 128MB to 1GB, come with a voice recorder, FM tuner, e-book reader, sleep timer, and a telephone directory in 13 languages — which is precisely what other DAPs are lacking. Right.
