Zander officialy backpedals, has no desire to screw nano

Well, he started backpedaling as soon as the words were out of his mouth, so much so that Moto has issued a press release to attest that his statements were taken out of context. It wasn't part of his formal presentation and was a "joking" response to an audience question about the ROKR versus the nano. He did go on to also praise Apple and the nano, and it seems pretty clear the statement wasn't meant out of some targeted ill will in the vein of oh, say, the Sim Wong Hoo variety. Zander was likely blowing off some steam over the headache associated with bringing the ROKR to market, but still — you just gotta be careful about tossing the press a soundbite like "screw the nano."
