Sony's new Vaio X desktops
Has it really been a whole year since Sony first introduced the Vaio X? Looks like they took a little of the vertical charm out of the affair on their new VGX-XL70S and VGX-XV80S, though, two AV-capable boxes equipped with HDMI, and up to 2TB of storage on the VGX-XL70S. We don't know much more than that, but hopefully we will if and when they announce release for these things in the States (which they seem to be much better about lately).

Looks like the designers behind the original PS2 were allowed to design Sony's next PC.
Is that a touch pad in the keyboard? Yuck!
Splash-
I hate touchpads as well, but it is the best design for sitting on your couch. Using a mouse and a keyboard away from a desk or table is clumsy.
Here you go:

And the slim one appears to be a 4-drive, 8-tuner PVR:

Love it!!! PLZZZZZZ bring it to the States!!!
As for the keyboard with a touchpad - it is a great thing too - I got VAIO Wireless keyboard VGP-WKB1 with the same touch pad only located on the cover - and it is so cool to use it away from my VAIO V520G 20 inch LCD desktop.
Excellent... hopefully it will come to Europe too.
