SavRow's 17-inch Blade B-75 with upgradeable graphics

SavRow Blade B-75

SavRow is releasing a new unfortunately colored, gamer-centric laptop: the Blade B-75. Luckily you can get the 17-inch notebook in the less offensive silver, and you can even swap graphics cards while you're at it due to the upgradeable graphics capibilites. It can run either two batteries or two 120GB hard drives, sports a TV tuner, burns DVDs, and rocks up to a WUXGA resolution display. The processors run the gamut of the Centrino line, and size-wise it's around 1.5-inches thick and weighs in at 8 pounds. You can order the Blade with Geforce Go 7800 graphics, but the base model has an ATI Mobility Radeon X700 card, which is the main story here: the base model, which comes in at $2000, is hardly a high performance affair, including a 40GB HD, 512MB of RAM, and a WXGA display, so you'll be pushing three grand before you get this thing outfitted for some serious gaming.
