Philips display: 23 widescreen inches of Brilliance

There's a new 23-inch widescreen LCD display in town courtesy of Philips. The Philips Brilliance 230WP7NS rocks the desktop scene with 1920 x 1200 resolution; just perfect for viewing some side by side full page reading with a 178-degree viewing angle. There's no lack of input options on the Brilliance unless you need HDMI for some reason. DVI and VGA jacks come standard on the $1,499 unit and Philips also includes a sweet four-port USB 2.0 hub in the bezel. Just be careful using these at work since Philips' SmartManage technology is included in the display. Philips says it just tracks the monitor usage hours, settings and location, but you never know.
