Housekeeping note on comments glitches - we're working on it

Just a quick note to:

(a) Apologize for the problems with post commenting. We've got a couple of technical glitches that are preventing commenting from working like it should. We're very sorry and we hope you'll bear with us. It's also painful for us as bloggers because we like to comment on posts as well. We feel your pain. Doubly so, because many of the comments you are wont to make add immeasurably to the site. It's just not the same without your insight.

(b) Promise that we're working to resolve the issue. We don't have a set timetable, but we are driving hard to find a fix and bring the commenting system back to full health, including the star system's functionality.
