Sysgration's "mouse" VoIP phone
Sure, Sony managed to apply some high-style to the mouse/VoIP phone the company showed off at CES.
But little did they know that Taiwanese manufacturer Sysgration was already upping the ante in the highly competitive
phone-mouse market with its own version. And, unlike the Sony, which lacks a keypad, the Sysgration model allows direct
entry of phone numbers and sports a retro aqua finish. Actually, we're still not sure whether the Sysgration phone is an
actual working mouse, or just a wireless VoIP phone that just looks like a badly designed mouse. Regardless, we can't
imagine using it for any purpose.

Looks so Fisher Price. What's with the awful color? I wouldn't waste my money.

Looks like an old serial mouse I had.. except blueish.. and a really ugly mismatched green wheel.
Now if it were nicely curved and silver or black, then they might have a winner.

*from the site*
The James a Young (me being, su zero) the executive vice-president " to initially puts in the water supply bride of transformation in bottom portion of the mouth, the use coat to attempt it is inconvenient with to be caused by, it was developed with design of now ", it talked.
I love reading translated sites for a laugh.

im sorry this is just GROSS. bad enough that most door knobs are freaking highly unsanitary now we have to put a thing that our hands(that may or may not be in or around ones own unit from time to time while also touching a mouse) touch right next to our mouths.....ewwww. sure a phone touches hand to mouth as well but this is MORE hand to mouth contact.....i hope its made out of that cool anti bacterial plastic that is used on baby toys....and is also responsible for lowering thier tolerance for disease....yaaaaay!

I use the mouse often while I'm on the phone. How the skype are you going to do that with something like this? BTW, it doens't really look like a mouse since it has no buttons (then again, neither does the latest Apple mouse), but my question still applies to the Sony mouse/phone. About as useful as talking into your gas pedal.

"hello, yea let me check that database for ya, SCRAAAAAAATCH, SCRAATCH, CLICK, CLICK, SCRAAATCH CLICK, OK that server is being rebooted, try again in 5 minutes".
So not so practicle...
Its kind of like when someone calls you on your celly asking for a number you have stored in you celly phone book. You have to hang up, look it up, and call them back, forget the number, hang up again, look it up, write the number down and call them back.

He he. Come to think of it, it looks like a RAZR ? Check out the voice grill and the bottom of the phone.
So , this is a razr with a mouse built in!

It's actually not that bad of an idea for someone who owns a laptop. Right now I have a usb voip phone and external mouse plugged into my laptop...I much rather just have once device plugged into my machine. When I'm on the phone I can just use my trackpad...

I think it is a good idea ... fair enough, it's not the best phone if you're working on IT support however, if you travel frequently; carry a laptop and would like to benefit from cheaper voip when connected to a hotel's broadband, this will save the trouble of carrying two pieces of equipment instead of one.
